At Rainier Watch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mountain-inspired gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund or a new size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
